The inmate wants to go to BBQ with his family, but he can't because he is in isolation, locked in this tiny dirty old concrete shit box with no outside window and a steel door with scratched and fogged up windows. So the inmate does the only thing he can do.

All of that wasn't a good illustration of how you can get what you

and turned backwards. Madness sets in when
on 23/1 (or 24) and 7, and you find yourself
taking the role of Alice in a very hellish wonderland.

Maybe the strapped down and "mentally observed"
inmate will get very lucky and a guard might toss him
a few Chicken McNuggets if he promises to behave.

I worked in a prison for 28 years. The best way for a prisoner to not
get what they want is to be a pain in the wrong person's ass.

When an inmate gets so broken and crazy enough to cut his own balls off with a razor blade he somehow had smuggled in to the sol unit, or maybe a piece of jail structure he managed to rip out of his cell, you can only imagine that his mind is in a bad acid trip without the acid.
